This policy explains what happens to information when you play SpeedyKeys ("the game"), which is published by KeyCap Games ("we", "us"). It applies to the iOS and Android versions of the game.
The short version. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not run analytics. Your game progress stays on your device. The one thing that does collect information is the advertising we show, which is provided by Google AdMob.
None. The game has no accounts, no login, no sign-up, and no analytics service. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or location, and we have no servers that receive information about you.
The game saves your progress locally on your device so it is there when you come back. This includes your current level, coins, upgrades, and the character customisation you have chosen and unlocked. This data stays on your device, is not transmitted to us, and is removed if you delete the game.
SpeedyKeys shows advertising through Google AdMob, including banner, interstitial, rewarded video, and app-open ads. To serve and measure those ads, Google may collect and process information such as your device's advertising identifier, device and operating system details, general location inferred from an IP address, and how you interact with ads.
This processing is carried out by Google, not by us, and is governed by Google's own policies. You can read how Google uses this information at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region where consent is required, the game shows a consent form the first time you play, using Google's User Messaging Platform. You can decide there whether ads are personalised, and you can change your choice later from within that form.
Wherever you are, your device also gives you control over ad tracking:
SpeedyKeys offers optional in-app purchases. These are processed entirely by the App Store or Google Play. Payment details are handled by Apple or Google and are never sent to us or seen by the game — we only receive confirmation that a purchase completed so the game can unlock what you bought.
SpeedyKeys is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the game, contact us and we will address it.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone, because we do not collect it. The advertising described above is handled directly between your device and Google.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information held about you. Since we hold no personal information ourselves, requests about advertising data are best directed to Google using the link above. You can remove everything the game has stored by deleting the game from your device. If you would like help, contact us and we will do what we can.
If the game changes in a way that affects this policy — for example if we add analytics or an online feature — we will update this page and change the date at the top.
