Who we are

SpeedyKeys is developed and published by THERYANFN LLC, which trades as KeyCap Gaming. All support for the game is handled directly by us at the address above — there is no separate helpdesk or third party involved.

Reporting a bug or a crash

So we can reproduce the problem quickly, please tell us:

Your device model and operating system version
Where in the game it happened — the menu, a particular level, or during an ad
What you were doing immediately before it went wrong
A screenshot or screen recording, if you were able to capture one

Purchases and refunds

All purchases in SpeedyKeys are processed by Apple and Google, not by us. We never see or store your payment details.

Because of that, refunds have to be requested from the store you bought through:

iPhone and iPad — request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com
Android — request a refund through Google Play order history

If a purchase was charged but never arrived in the game, email us and we will sort it out.

Restoring a purchase

If you have reinstalled the game or moved to a new device, open the shop and use Restore Purchases. Sign in with the same Apple Account or Google account you originally bought with, or the store will have no record of the purchase to return.

Your data
